Bad costumer service
Sir, we purchased an Armani Exchange smartwatch worth 24000 with bajaj finance, in 2019 from kamal watches Kakinada. now it's out of warranty and got a problem for which I gave it for repair in September from where I purchased it.
sir now my problem is with the service. there told me that the company has stopped those watches and services, so the watch can't be repaired instead there r quoted me 4,500 worth for the watch which is not worth it yet...I want help from the company on this issue.
As ppl are using brand's names in the wrong turn and troubling the customer. In such cases, it's problem to trust the companies

Wrong item ,wrong order number
My mum placed an order for denim jacket for £150,which was taken from her account.
She reveived a different jacket ,clearly stating on the invoice it cost £125.
Weve been trying for days to arrange a return or log in into her account but no succsess.It says this order number doesnt exist ,all the links you sent to reset her password dont work .
So my question is how to return the wrong product and make sure my mum gets her money back ,as its a lot of money just to forget about.
Also you charged her for something she never received .
Ive tried all phone numbers online for your "customer service " and none of them works .
I would appreciate if someone contact me ASAP. We have all the conformation emails and invoices.
